Madcap Review was a semiannual online journal of art and literature that ran from 2014 to 2021. Madcap, founded by a group of fiction writers, poets, and artists, embraced the reckless and the lively, as well as experimental, genre, and flash work. All past issues are preserved on this site, and previously published work will be reintroduced through the home page on a rolling but unscheduled basis.
