Issue 1: The Story Behind The Cover Art

In October 2013, Ever visited Mexico for an art residency with Mamutt.  During his stay, the goal was to work on investigating and documenting issues related to Mexican culture and history.  Though he was already familiar with these issues, finding new details and gathering information was Ever’s first task.

After a period of research, lectures, museum visits and meetings with historians and artists, inspiration came to him.  Ever began working on the print known as “November 19, 1910,” which was produced with the master printers from the Cabiros Workshops in Mexico City.
