obliged. flightless
citadel

unspilled

but secret
expansion pulled darkly
at the seams.

small forces
the universe
             spills

like mountaintop glory-

of-the-snow

holy holy

I remember

it says
the house
the coffeeliquid sky

once.
            how close
                    the first stars
in the first night, roaring.
