Increasingly My Mind Is a Cloud
Andrei Kozlov

aerial study reveals
the topography of a life
cosmonaut’s meal wrapped in silver
a sponge in the microwave
cracked screen of my interface
icebergs melting in the sink

thank Oligarchy for freeze-dried thoughts
dredged in oceans of lye
I’ve extracted the vapors
post-lonely figment
increasingly my mind is a cloud
a strip of dialogue     blue pixelation

my initiation to that world
is a static refrain sung by the chorus
there’s nothing in words that makes me sweat
it’s never so hot that I must swim
